Pre-orders

All pre-order dates are estimates provided by the vendor, over which we have no control. All pre-orders require a 10% deposit of the total amount, with the remainder to be paid once the item is in stock. Deposits are non-refundable; however, if the cancellation is on behalf of ourselves or the vendor, deposits will be refunded. If you so wish, pre-order items can also be paid in full.

If more than one pre-order is purchased, your order will not be shipped until all items have arrived in stock. We recommend that in stock items and pre-orders are purchased seperately to avoid delays.

Feel free to contact us if one pre-order item arrives before the other; we can arrange for this to be shipped at a flat rate of £2.95

Refund Policy

Bits of Plastic accepts returns up to 30 days from purchase. All returns, however, must be in original packaging and received in the condition in which it left us. We advise that customers take care when packing returns to ensure the item(s) are not damaged in transit. If the item(s) arrive faulty, please send photographic evidence via email and your order will be refunded, including postage and packaging, as soon as we receive the item.

Shipping

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping is a flat rate of £2.35. Orders over £60.00 will be shipped free of charge. Currently we only ship to the UK; keep checking, though, as this may change in the near future.
